If you haven’t experienced a Hibachi restaurant, I definitely suggest it! So much fun for a small or a large group, adults and children! Entertaining and filled with variety! One of my favorites is Feng Shui Hibachi Sushi Lounge in Chelmsford, MA.
For anyone not familiar, Hibachi is a Japanese heating device for cooking food over charcoal. In Hibachi style restaurants, the food is prepared in front of the guests right at their tables with a grill in the center of the table. This makes the dining experience fun, entertaining and joyful. Even last night, a small baby couldn’t get her eyes off of the chef at the grill and all that was going on! She loved it!
When choosing to go with the Hibachi route, all entrees are served with a soup, salad, rice, shrimp and vegetables, along with a choice for your main dish consisting of seasoned meats or seafood. I usually go with the Chicken & N.Y. Strip Steak Combo and it suites me best for a little variety on my plate!
The chef provides each guest with some awesome tasty sauces to use in any which way you feel. Dip that meat or drench it! I personally love the sweet sauce! Guests are thrilled and get so much excitement as the whole cooking process goes on right in front of them at the grill!
The finished product right here consists of my chicken, NY steak, shrimp, and veggies! Of course, as you can tell, this is a very generous portion for dinner. Perfect to take half home for another delicious meal the next day! I made sure to ask our chef for a side of the sauces to accompany my meal at home!
Find your nearest Hibachi style restaurant, gather up some friends and family and enjoy the tasty foods and entertainment! I can’t wait to experience more Hibachi and switch up some different entree choices! Also, next time, I may start with a Sushi Roll as an appetizer!
